We are excited to introduce our first Abshot members weight loss group!
If weight loss is your goal why not keep track of your progress on a regular basis with our weekly weigh ins.
Our weigh in sessions will be delivered by Kim so she will be on hand to offer support. You will receive a weigh in card so you can keep track of your progress.

Monday 6pm – 6.30pm
Tuesday 9am – 9.30am
Thursday 6pm – 6.30pm
Friday 9am – 9.30am
** Due to popular feedback we have added these sessions onto GymSync. As this is a new service we shall be regularly reviewing these sessions to make sure give our members the best service.
