Whilst we remain open we ask everyone to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We have restricted the numbers in classes to allow space and will take the classes outside as much as possible so dress accordingly !
It should go without saying but please clean equipment before and after use. We are constantly cleaning all equipment, surfaces , handles etc.
We all want to keep fit during these stressful times but lets keep healthy too !
