We’ve changed the bookable session times to try and stop periods when the pool is empty caused by ‘ no shows’ and late cancellations but people are waiting to book a session.
The bookable swim sessions still seem to be popular but we are increasingly finding there are spaces not used. Hopefully tweaking the times booking is necessary will help reduce the number of Members waiting to use the pool.
